Yes, they will work with frameless cabinets. You'll want to also order the 6mm mounting plate to go with them.
The difference between the two is: CBP2AC9 is self close and the CBP2AE9 is soft close. When you close the self close, you'll hear a thud sound as the door hits the cabinet. When you close the soft close, you won't hear anything, it'll catch the door before it hits the cabinet and finish the close slowly and quietly.
