For the SUG-DSI-4254-100-45-BL pull, what does the 45 refer to or is different than the 35-BL

After the initial part number, DSI-4254, the numbers (100 or 200 or 300 or 500) refer to the height of the door pull in millimeters. The second set of numbers (35 or 45) refer to the width of the pull in millimeters which should match up with the width of the door they are being attached to.
