These will all be the new design, as all Amba products ship directly from the manufacturer.
Is this the older hardwired only unit or the new design hardwired/plug-in design? Amba Radiant Hardwired Large Straight Towel Warmer - 23-5/8" (600mm)W x 41-5/16" (1049mm)H - Wall Mounted (Polished Stainless Steel)
We are replacing an older Amba RWHL-SP that was the old hardwired design. The new design's electrical connection will not line up with our existing electrical box and would require tearing up the wall. Unfortunately, Amba kept the same part number, so there is no way to tell whether a company is selling the new or old design. Your literature shows the old set-up, but I know a lot of companies just have these drop shipped from Amba. Please advise. Thank you!
