The product National 15-16" Disc Tumbler Drawer Lock - Keyed Alike #413 (Antique Brass) is not a product that can be re-keyed.

With this alternative option, the re-keying cost is $8 per lock. You can order the same keys to 13 locks for the one room and the other ones re-keyed at $8 dollars per lock.
