Emtek interior doorset compatibility question Emtek Old Town Clear Glass Door Knobset w/Wilshire Rosette

Hi there,
I'm interested in the Emtek Old Town Clear Glass Door Knobset w/Wilshire Rosette (Privacy) for 2 of my interior doors of bathroom and staircase. My current door is 2 3/8" backset and it currently is predrilled with a 2 1/8" hole for the current handle. I wonder would this new knobset be compatible and also want to make sure the privacy set can be locked from inside? Thanks.
