Many undermount slides would have your outside of slide to outside of slide width be 5/8" wider than your drawer. You'd need to confirm the specs on your slides.
If 5/8" is the case and your drawer box is 26" wide, then 26-5/8" is your overall drawer plus slides width. Subtract that from your inside cabinet width dimension of 31" and then divide that number by 2 and you get 2-3/16" for the space you have on each side between the slide and the cabinet. The bracket thickness is 1/8" so you'll need the pilaster to be 2-1/16" wide.
You'll need to order the pilaster option of 2-1/2" wide and then cut it down to 2-1/16".
