The twist design may be easier to see in another finish, please see below.
I can't really see the design. "Twist" is in the name so is the pull actually twisted so it rotates, so to speak? Top Knobs Nouveau III 5-1/16" (129mm) Center-to-Center Twist Cabinet Pull (Polished Chrome)
