can 11 mm clearance to mounting face be reduced to 3 mm

The photo shows if you are using the Wall Mounting Bracket for Slido Classic 80-P Single Running Track, the clearance would be 11 mm, as the hole in the bracket is pre drilled. If you are not using the bracket and are ceiling mounting the track, you could in theory mount it where ever you would like to, so long as it has the clearance to function.
