This item is a cabinet pull, not an appliance pull, which is probably why you are having issues with it. Appliance pulls have thicker bases/feet on them to accept a thicker diameter bolt with deeper threads. Cabinet pulls aren't meant to have the amount of pull force applied to them that you need when opening an appliance. They will work for awhile, but then at some point the screw body or screw threads wear out and break. I searched through our appliance pulls for something with the same center to center holes so you don't have to re-drill holes and sadly was unable to find anything.
