No, these are meant for face frame applications where the face frame is 3/4" thick. There are tabs on the back of the portion that attaches to the cabinet that go on either side of the face frame. If you tried to install this on a frameless cabinet the tabs would prevent the mounting plate from laying flush. See image below with the tabs in the red circles.
