If you are willing to drill some holes into metal, you can certainly finagle the hardware to suit your 2" thick door. Alternatively, we offer these bypass barn door floor guides that are concealed but require you to cut a groove in the bottom of your door.
The first set of holes is for 1-3/4" doors and the second inner set of holes is for 1-3/8" doors. So, you can see there is a fair amount of space to drill your own holes for your 2" doors.
