    Nuvo is a third party, self-service credit and identification verification system that helps streamline the credit application process.


  • Why is Spokane Hardware/Hardware Hut using this system?

    Our goal is to onboard our customers in a more timely and accurate manner, allowing customers to obtain a cash or credit account quickly and easily.


  • Will Nuvo run a credit check?

    If you are applying for a terms account, a credit check will be run, as it is currently for any entity requesting a credit account.


  • Can I apply for an account on my mobile phone?

    Yes, Nuvo supports mobile access for iPhone and Android phones.


  • How do I get help with my application?

    During the application process, Nuvo has a live chat and help feature. Once your account is created, you will reach out to ar@spokanehardware.com for any questions on your account, billing, or statements.
