For use on residential and commercial doors up to 90 pounds. Set includes spring pivot with floor plate and top pivot assembly for use on a single door. Door stops must be used at 90 degrees to prevent damage to the pivot.

We will not accept any returns without an RGA. All items must be returned in "Re-Saleable Condition", in original packaging with all parts included. Customer is responsible for shipping charges.
