Description
The Cavilock CL400 Bi-Parting set is suitable for use where two doors meet in the middle. These high quality, wrap around handles are easy to fit, requiring no complicated mortise cutout.
- The positive hold close action brings the doors together smoothly and holds them together until ready to open.
- NOTE: CaviLock Bi-Parting Keyed sets are supplied with the Snib on the right hand side only. (The "Snib" is what Cavilock calls the toggle button that slides up & down to engage lock).
- Keyed Double Door Set includes: Snib/Key Function set on one door (Snib on inside and keyed access on outside trim) and a passage set for the other door.
- For doors 1-3/8" to 1-3/4" thick (special order for up to 2-1/4" thick, call for a quote).
- Front edge incorporated a finger hole to retrieve door from the pocket.
- Requires a simple cutout for quick installation and includes adjustable strike plate for jamb.
- Trim made of heavy gauge stainless steel.
- Positive grip makes handle suitable for use on heavy doors.
- Suitable for residential and commercial use but not suitable as a secure exterior lock.
