Grass America, Inc ("Grass") warrants to the original consumer (the "Consumer") its hinges, drawer slides, or accessory hardware manufactured by Grass against defects in materials and workmanship, as determined by Grass for the lifetime of the cabinetry, considered to be in a range or seven years. The warranty does not cover any causes of malfunction such as misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, modification, commercial use, or improper installation.

If an item is returnable (See restocking list), you must first call or use form below to request a return goods authorization (RGA) prior to returning any items purchased through us.

We will not accept any returns without an RGA. All items must be returned in "Re-Saleable Condition", in original packaging with all parts included. Customer is responsible for shipping charges.
