This heavy duty latch is mortised into top of door and features an adjustable spring tension.

• Features a nylon roller and full lip strike.
• Adjustable spring tension with nylon roller.
• Max projection of the roller is 3/8" (10 mm) allowing for variance in door and frame clearance.
• Projection of roller is easily adjusted using screws on faceplate.
