M.L. Campbell's Fast VOC Exempt Reducer is a blend of special evaporating solvents meant for reducing low VOC solvent borne coatings. The addition of small amounts will correct most leveling and flow problems.

If an item is returnable (See restocking list), you must first call or use form below to request a return goods authorization (RGA) prior to returning any items purchased through us.

We will not accept any returns without an RGA. All items must be returned in "Re-Saleable Condition", in original packaging with all parts included. Customer is responsible for shipping charges.
