Description

1K Waterborne White Basecoat / Primer is a 1K (Air-Dry) basecoat that can be applied by spray directly onto MDF or Masonite substrates. It has a high pigment and solids content and provides excellent levelling even at low application weight.

Performance:

Designed to insulate MDF from water
Prevents Bulging and deformation
Excellent leveling at low application weights
High Pigment Solids – Excellent Coverage
Can be top coated with any 1K or 2K Waterborne Polyurethane
Application Method: Spray (conventional, airmix, airless).
Dry Time: Touch-dry in 2 hours, sandable in 4 hours.
Film Thickness: 4.0–6.0 mils wet.
Coverage: 562sq. ft./gal @ 1.0 mil DFT, No loss.
Shelf Life: 15 months unopened.

If an item is returnable (See restocking list), you must first call or use form below to request a return goods authorization (RGA) prior to returning any items purchased through us.

We will not accept any returns without an RGA. All items must be returned in "Re-Saleable Condition", in original packaging with all parts included. Customer is responsible for shipping charges.
