All Timber Bronze products are made from solid, cast silicone bronze, created using the same lost wax casting method used to produce fine bronze art works. The molds are individually hand-crafted using items gathered from the forests of Northwest Oregon and clay models of animals. Because the patinas are applied by hand, the exact tones will vary from piece to piece and will tend to darken a bit with age. The basic patina finish is a lighter, somewhat brighter finish and is silvery gray in appearance.
