Townsteel TDC 40 Series closers are designed for commercial and industrial high traffic applications. The TDC 40 Series closers are ANSI Grade 1, ADA compliant, and offer the best heavy-duty performance.

  • Heavy-duty, parallel mount CUSH Arm.
  • For heavy traffic areas, exterior or interior.
  • Heavy duty aluminum body, non handed.
  • Adjustable spring power from size 1 to size 6, factory preset size 3.
  • Precision rack and pinion construction.
  • UL listed molded plastic full cover standard.
  • Certifications: ANSI/BHMA A156.4, Grade 1; UL10C, ADA Compliant
  • Separate and adjustable latch, sweep, and backcheck valves.

If an item is returnable (See restocking list), you must first call or use form below to request a return goods authorization (RGA) prior to returning any items purchased through us.

We will not accept any returns without an RGA. All items must be returned in "Re-Saleable Condition", in original packaging with all parts included. Customer is responsible for shipping charges.
