EKAPRO 3"x4" Sanding Kits were developed for the professional woodworker in mind. This 3"x4" kit is designed for sanding all types of surfaces, from kitchen cabinet doors to raised surfaces such as moldings and intricate profiles. It includes sets of EKASTORM and FILMTEK sheets for sanding and prepping raw wood and EKASILK PLUS sponges for sanding in between coats of paint or stain.

Kit Includes:
  • (1) EKASAND E-Series 3"x4" Non-Vacuum Orbital Sander, Hook and Loop No-hole pad. Our EKASAND orbital sanders are ergonomically designed to provide their users with more balance, comfort and control. It offers 3 adjustable speeds; 4,000, 7,000 and 9,000 and features a brushless 350W motor. 
  • (40) 3"x4", No-holes, Hook and Loop EKASTORM sheets. 10 sheets of each 80, 120, 150 and 180 grits. EKASTORM is ideal for sanding raw wood, whether it is hardwood, softwood and excels at sanding particle board/MDF as well as lacquer/sealer. It features a strong and flexible paper backing and is suited for all flat and curved surfaces. 
  • (40) 3"x4", No-holes, Hook and Loop FILMTEK sheets. 10 sheets of each 80, 120, 150 and 180 grits. Thanks to its film backing, FILMTEK is tear resistant, waterproof and delivers the best quality finish for hardwood, softwood, gelcoat, fiberglass and paint/primer. It can also be used for sanding all types of metals and will greatly outlast paper abrasives on most applications. 
  • (5) 3"x4", No-holes EKASILK PLUS 1/2" sponges. 5 sponges of each Fine, Very Fine and Superfine.
  • (5) 3"x4", No-holes EKASILK PLUS 10mm sponges. 5 sponges of each Fine, Very Fine and Superfine. 
  • (5) 3"x4", No-holes EKASILK PLUS 5mm sponges. 5 sponges of each Fine, Very Fine and Superfine.  
  • (1) 3"x4" Interface Pad, Soft Density. Soft density interface pad is used with sanding sheets such as EKAFORCE and FILMTEK to offset the sander to sand in moldings or other deep profiles and to remove knife marks from the cutting tool on raw wood. 
  • (1) 3"x4" Pad Saver. The think saver attaches between the sander's hook and loop backing pad and the abrasive protecting the pad from the normal wear and tear and preventing the formation of swirl marks when sanding. 
  • (1) EKASAND Tool Bag. The EKASAND Tool Bag is constructed with a heavy-duty fabric material and reinforced stitched handles. The large interior compartment allows easy access to tools and features one interior wide pocket and six small pockets on the exterior to fit smaller tools and accessories

Return Policy

If an item is returnable (See restocking list), you must first call or use form below to request a return goods authorization (RGA) prior to returning any items purchased through us.

We will not accept any returns without an RGA. All items must be returned in "Re-Saleable Condition", in original packaging with all parts included. Customer is responsible for shipping charges.
