Description
The screw designed from the ground up for cabinetmakers. The huge 9/16" flat head with aggressive nibs underneath gives you dramatically more pull-through resistance than a standard 3/8" bugle-head screw, while the thinner #8 shank combined with deep #10 threads bites harder and holds stronger in any wood.
- Massive 9/16" flat head + nibs = far superior (4x) holding power of a bugle head and perfectly flush seating every time
- #8 shank with #10 coarse thread = deeper bite and more grip than ordinary screws
- Type 17 self-tapping point drives straight and clean — no pre-drilling needed
- If pre-drilling hard wood use a 1/8" pilot bit
- Heat-treated C1022 carbon steel — much stronger and more durable than standard mild steel screws
- Shear load rated 300 lbs (peaks at 500 lbs) — perfect for heavy cabinets and production work
