TownSteel TDC 90 Series closers are designed for standard-duty applications. They are constructed of aluminum alloy and bring ANSI Grade 1 superior performance as all other TownSteel Grade 1 products. The TDC 90 closers offer high durability and flexibility needed to meet both commercial and institutional applications, including the ADA requirements.
  • Designed for medium-traffic applications, both for interior and exterior use.
  • Aluminum cast body, non handed.
  • Barrier free: spring adjustment from size 2 to 4.
  • Tri-Packed with regular, parallel and top-jamb mounting, instructions and full size template.
  • Precision rack and pinion construction.
  • 1-13/32″ diameter piston.
  • UL listed molded plastic full cover standard.
  • Certifications: UL listed; ANSI/BHMA A156.4, Grade 1; UL10C, ADA Compliant
  • Separate and adjustable latch, sweep, and backcheck valves.
  • All-weather fluid, allowing door closer to perform in temperatures ranging from -31°F to 140°F.
  • 25 year limited warranty.

If an item is returnable (See restocking list), you must first call or use form below to request a return goods authorization (RGA) prior to returning any items purchased through us.

We will not accept any returns without an RGA. All items must be returned in "Re-Saleable Condition", in original packaging with all parts included. Customer is responsible for shipping charges.
